Please note: Legal entities who are taxpayers in Serbia will be taxed at the rate of 20%, in accordance with the Article 12 of the Serbian VAT Law.

* Only undergraduate students can qualify for the student registration rates. Please note, in case of uploading an invalid document (copy of index), the Organizer will not refund paid Student Registration fee. It is only possible to pay supplement up to the full Delegate Registration fee. In such case, you will receive a note from the Organizer by email.

** The VISITORS Daily ticket for visiting the VetX, only includes the admission to the exhibition area for one day and coffee refreshment but does NOT include the scientific program. Anyone who already has a Delegate or Student Registration fee does not need to register separately for visiting the exhibition.

Registration includes:

• Admission to all scientific lectures
• Admission to Poster Session
• Admission to Nurse Stream
• Access to the VetX Exhibition
• Access to the VetX Theater Session
• Congress material (delegate bag, programme…)
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee-breaks from Thursday to Saturday

Nurses/Technicians Stream Registration includes:

• Full access to the Nurses/Technicians Stream only
• Programme
• Coffee-break

Registration Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail nebojsa@congrexpo.co.rs.
• By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy.
• A request for cancellation of the registration should be made to the Secretariat before April 11, 2026, 23:59 CEST.
• The appropriate refunds will be made after end of the Conference.
• Bank charges will be deducted from the refund as well as handling fee (50 €).
• From April 12, 2026 a refund of registration fees will not be not possible.
• EERVC 2026 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
