* Only undergraduate students can qualify for the student registration rates. Please note, in case of uploading an invalid document (copy of index), the Organizer will not refund paid Student Registration fee. It is only possible to pay supplement up to the full Delegate Registration fee. In such case, you will receive a note from the Organizer by email.
** The VISITORS Daily ticket for visiting the EERVC Exhibition, only includes the admission to the exhibition area for one day and coffee refreshment but does NOT include the scientific program. Anyone who already has a Delegate or Student Registration fee does not need to register separately for visiting the exhibition.
Registration includes:
- Admission to all scientific lectures
- Access to the Exhibition
- Congress material (delegate bag, programme, eBook of Abstracts…)
- Certificate of attendance
- Coffee-breaks and lunch boxes from Thursday to Saturday
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing by e-mail nebojsa@congrexpo.co.rs. The appropriate refunds will be made after end of the Conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellations received before and on July 12, 2024 – full refund
- Cancellations received in period from July 13, 2024 until September 24, 2024 will amount to 50% of the total registration fee.
- No refund will be possible if the cancellation is postmarked from September 25, 2024. *Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, a bank transfer handling fee (30 €) will not be refunded
Confirmation
Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the EERVC Secretariat will send a confirmation to the participant and invoice.
