The GR- Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre is in the very centre of Ljubljana. Railway and bus stations are in the area and The Jože Pučnik Ljubljana international airport is in Brnik, which is only 23 kilometers distant from the city (30-45min drive).

The official language of the Conference is English.

The registration desk will be located in the foyer in front of the Marmorna Hall, at the main entrance of the Venue, and will be open during the following hours:

This year, we have improved the on-site registration process for the benefit of our participants, in order to avoid long queues and enhance the quality of service. Therefore, we kindly ask you to read the information below carefully to help us speed up the registration process.

All participants who have completed full payment of the registration fee will receive a personalized QR code, which will be sent to the email address provided during registration process. We recommend saving the QR code on your mobile phone or printing it out, so it is ready for presentation upon arrival at the event venue.

1. Upon arrival, present your QR code (on your phone or as a printout) to the event staff.
2. Our staff will use tablets to scan the code at designated check-in points.
3. The system will instantly access your registration details, verify your information, and printout your badge.
4. If you have purchased a ticket for the EERVC Party, you will receive a paper wristband along with your badge. This wristband is your entry pass to the party, so please make sure you receive it at the registration desk.
5. If you would like to attend the party but have not yet paid for the ticket, you can make the payment at the "Onsite and Unpaid Registrations" desk during registration hours.
6. After receiving your badge, you will be handed your conference materials.
7. You can then proceed smoothly to the conference area.

IMPORTANT: All participants who have not received their QR code by email on August 31, 2026 and paid registration fee, should report to the registration desk at the Venue. The reason you have not received your QR code is either due to an outstanding balance, which must be settled on-site at the “Onsite and Unpaid Registrations” desk, or because your payment was delayed. If you paid your Registration fee on time in full amount and didn't receive a QR code, please check your spam folder.

All speakers are kindly requested to keep to their allotted time. Electronic equipment will be available (laptop and beamer). Speakers are asked to give their presentations on the USB to the technician in the room where they have a lecture, minimum of two hours before the lecture start. Also, there is possibility to do the presentation from your own laptop.
Important for MAC users:
To use Mac presentations on a PC-compatible computer, please ensure that your presentation is prepared according to the instructions provided below, before handing it over to the technician in the room where your presentation will take place:

• Convert it to PowerPoint or PDF.
• Use a common font, such as Arial,Times New Roman, Verdana etc. (Special characters might be changed to a default font on a PowerPoint-based PC).

It is also possible to use your MacBook, which needs to have a HDMI output.

We are pleased to inform you that the Eastern European Regional Veterinary Conference (EERVC) has been officially recognized and accredited by the ATF (Akademie für tierärztliche Fortbildung). The certificates will be accepted by the German and Austrian Veterinary Chambers, and—due to Switzerland’s alignment with EU veterinary standards - they are also expected to be recognized by the Swiss Veterinary Chamber.

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

Coffee break refreshments will be available in the exhibition area as per the program schedule.

A dedicated team of volunteers will be on hand throughout the conference to support participants and ensure a smooth experience. Their responsibilities include assisting with registration, providing directions, supporting presenters during sessions, and offering general guidance as needed. Volunteers will be easily recognizable by their white T-shirts featuring the congress logo on the front.

The Conference organizer shall not be held liable for personal injury or any loss or damage to the belongings of conference participants, either during or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own insurance.

There is no smoking permitted inside the venue grounds.

In September, Ljubljana experiences mild early autumn conditions, with daytime highs around 21 °C and nighttime lows near 11 °C. As it is the city’s rainiest month, participants should expect frequent showers and bring layered clothing along with an umbrella or light raincoat.
