Group Registration

• If your company would like to invite 10 or more delegates to the 9th EERVC & VetX in Ljubljana, please download the Group Registration Template, complete and return to eervc@congrexpo.co.rs.
• Please note that contact details of each delegate* are mandatory for the name list submission (*minimum requirement: full name, company, country & email address).
• An invoice will be sent accordingly.
• If you can’t complete the full delegate list at the time of booking, please indicate the number of delegates, and provide the full details by July 26, 2026. A name change is possible at handling fee of 20 € per change.
• Payment must be received in full before August 1, 2026.
