- If your company would like to invite 10 or more delegates to the 8th EERVC in Ljubljana, please download the Group Registration Template, complete and return to eervc@congrexpo.co.rs.
- Please note that contact details of each delegate* are mandatory for the name list submission (*minimum requirement: full name, company, country & email address).
- An invoice will be sent accordingly.
- If you can’t complete the full delegate list at the time of booking, please indicate the number of delegates, and provide the full details by September 25, 2025. A name change is possible at handling fee of 20 € per change.
- Payment must be received in full before October 1, 2025.
