Poster Presenters

Authors are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters for display.
The maximum size of the poster should be 80 cm wide x 100 cm high.
The text and illustrations should be large enough to read from a distance of at least one meter.
Portrait layout is the preferred poster format. If you choose to use a landscape or square format, please ensure that all printed materials are less than 80 cm in width. Failure to follow this requirement will mean that the poster will not fit on the allotted board.

The number of each poster abstract and its corresponding poster board will be provided by the conference organizers. Please check the Programme for the poster board number allocated to you and use the board with the same number (P1…)

Taping and any materials required for poster hanging will be available, as well as assistance to help you mount your poster in the poster presentation area.
There will be a Poster Helpdesk onsite to assist you.

The Organizer will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

Posters will be presented in the Poster Area.

Thursday, September 3, 2026, 08:30-9:00 and during coffee breaks and lunch break

*Presenters are asked to stand beside their poster during the Poster Session.

The Poster Award Ceremony will take place in the VetX Theatre Session Room, Marmorna Hall, on Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 14:30-15:15
