Group Hotel Bookings
If your company would like to book 10 or more rooms for participants of the 4th EERVC in Thessaloniki please use below Template, complete and return to eervc@congrexpo.co.rs and reservations@grandhotelpalace.gr (for GRAND HOTEL PALACE) or reservations@mediterranean-palace.gr (for MEDITERRANEAN PALACE).
Due to the high demand for accommodation during this period, reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking before May 31, 2019 to ensure early bird rate and availability.
Pro-Forma invoice and final invoice will be sent by the hotels.
If you can’t complete the full list at the time of booking, please indicate the number of rooms, and provide the final rooming list by September 1, 2019.
Payment and cancellation policy will be advised by the hotels upon booking and depends on the date of booking and number of booked rooms.
