NEW FOR 2026: SCIENTIFIC POSTER SESSION

For the very first time, the Eastern European Regional Veterinary Conference (EERVC) proudly launches a Scientific Poster Session.

This brand-new platform invites veterinarians, clinicians, researchers, and educators to present innovative research, compelling clinical cases and practice-based insights. Whether you work in practice, academia, or industry, this is your opportunity to share your work, spark discussion, and gain visibility among an international audience.

We welcome original abstracts in the following categories:

(All topics must clearly relate to companion animal clinic).

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES

Authors are requested to carefully review the following requirements before preparing and submitting an abstract:

  • Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the official conference website. Submissions by email will not be accepted.
  • Only poster presentations are accepted.
  • Abstracts submitted after the stated deadline will not be reviewed.
  • Each individual may act as presenting author for a maximum of two abstracts.
  • The abstract should be named by surname and name of the presenting author and two first words of the title, for example: LastName_FirstName_FirstTwoWordsOfTheTitle.doc
  • The presenting author is responsible for confirming that all co-authors have approved the submission.
  • Submission implies consent for publication of accepted abstracts in the official Proceedings e-book.
  • Presenting authors must be registered for the conference and have paid the registration fee; otherwise, abstracts will neither be scheduled nor published.
  • Abstracts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English. Authors are encouraged to seek professional language editing where necessary.
  • All submissions must be original, and must not have been previously published or presented elsewhere.
  • Disclosure of any conflicts of interest is mandatory during submission.
  • All research must comply with international standards of ethics, animal welfare, and data protection.
  • Abstracts that do not comply with the submission rules will be rejected without review.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Before starting the online submission process, please ensure the following information is prepared: Presenting Author Details

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Affiliation (department, institution/hospital, city, country)
  • Telephone number

Author Information

  • Full details of all authors and co-authors

Abstract Structure Abstracts must clearly include the following sections:

  • Introduction
  • Background and Objectives
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusion / Clinical Significance / Impact

Formatting Requirements

  • Title: UPPER CASE, maximum 25 words; symbols must be written in full
  • Text: Maximum 250 words, including acknowledgements (tables count towards the word limit)
  • Topic: Selected from the official list of abstract topics
  • Images:
    • Maximum file size: 500 KB
    • Maximum dimensions: 600 (width) × 800 (height) pixels
    • Accepted formats: JPG, GIF, PNG
  • Abstracts must be prepared using the official abstract template.
  • Submissions must be written in English.
  • Submission is online only, via the official EERVC abstract submission portal.
  • Please use the TEMPLATE

Registration Requirement

  • Presenting authors must be fully registered for the conference.
  • Registration and payment must be completed by 10 August 2026 to ensure inclusion in the official scientific programme.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
  • Use standard abbreviations; define unusual ones at first mention.
  • Use generic drug names; content must remain neutral and free of promotional material.
  • Do not include patient names, hospital IDs, or other identifying information.
  • Click SUBMIT at the end of the process to finalize your abstract.
  • After submission, abstracts cannot be modified. To correct one, notify the Organizer (eervc@congrexpo.co.rs), who will delete the original so you can resubmit the revised version.
  • After submission, you will receive an abstract ID number by email; use this ID in all correspondence.
  • Contact the Organizers if you do not receive confirmation of submission.
  • Do not submit duplicate versions of the same abstract.
ABSTRACT SUBMITTER’S DECLARATION

I confirm that I have reviewed this abstract and that all information submitted is accurate and final. I understand that no changes are possible after submission and that the abstract will be published exactly as submitted.

By submitting this abstract, I consent to its publication by the EERVC 2026 Organisers in the congress website, scientific programme, abstract book and related materials. I confirm that I hold the necessary rights to the submitted content and that its publication does not infringe any third-party rights. I grant the EERVC 2026 Organisers a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the content for congress-related purposes.

I acknowledge that the presenting author must be registered for EERVC 2026 and that the Scientific Committee may reassign the abstract topic. The Organisers reserve the right to remove abstracts that do not comply with congress standards.

I confirm that all research, clinical studies and case reports described in this abstract were conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards, animal welfare legislation and relevant national and institutional guidelines. Where required, appropriate ethical approval and/or informed owner consent was obtained.

I acknowledge that personal data provided during submission will be processed by the EERVC 2026 Organisers and their congress partners in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679 for abstract handling, congress organisation and publication.

I confirm that the contact details provided belong to the corresponding author, who is responsible for communication with all co-authors.
